Transcriptome Sequencing and Analysis of Genes Related to Disease Resistance in Pinus thunbergii

Pinus thunbergii (P. thunbergii) is a gymnosperm with important economic and ecological value. In order to investigate the diagnosis defense mechanism of P. against Bursaphelenchus xylophilus (the pinewood nematode, PWN), needles seedlings on fifth day after being infected by PWN were taken as samples for transcriptome sequencing analysis. Compared control group, 647 genes differentially expressed in treatment which 277 upregulated 370 downregulated. Enrichment analysis showed that most these abundant biosynthesis secondary metabolites, pathogen interaction hormone signal transduction. addition, among differential genes, NBS-LRR thiamine-metabolizing enzymes, phenylalanine ammonia lyase acetaldehyde dehydrogenase screened analyzed. The response stress its disease resistance lays foundation breeding disease-resistant future.
